2024-2025 AP® Exam Payment and Activation Deadlines

Deadlines are based on the commencement date of the course you are enrolled in.
Deadlines are based on the commencement date of the AP® Course that corresponds to your optional AP® Exam.
Fall Deadlines apply to courses that commence in August; Spring Deadlines apply to courses that commence in November (Quarter 2) or in the Second/Spring Semester.

These deadlines do NOT affect, supersede or change SDUHSD Course Add/Drop Deadlines for your actual school courses

- January 24, 2025 - Deadline to submit application for SSD accommodations on May 2024 AP® Exams
- Independent Student Registration deadline: Please contact us to be placed on the waiting list
- Cancellation Deadlines
- October 16 for $129 refund for Exams corresponding to Fall Only or Yearlong courses
- February 26 for $129 refund for Exams corresponding to Spring Only courses
- April 1, 2025 for a partial refund or ANY exam that had been previously ordered

- October 4 for Exams for Fall Only or Yearlong courses
- February 11 for Exams for Spring Only courses
No Activations or Payment will be accepted after the deadlines. No waiting list and no walk ins.
